KARA’s Goo Hara goes under the knife for appendicitis

KARA’s Goo Hara had an operation for appendicitis on January 31.

On the same day, KARA’s agency, DSP Media, said, “Goo was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and she will go in for an operation today.”

According to an official, Goo was taken to the emergency room in Seoul suffering from acute abdominal pains early in the morning.

The official said, “Since the surgery does not require a long term recovery, she will start performing as soon as she feels better.”

Goo will keep busy with her individual schedules when she gets better.
