DAY6 Solidify its status with their latest success
Boy band DAY6 has solidified their status as a "nation's band" with their latest success. Their new song "Melt Me" dominated the charts for a full week, proving their strong presence in the music scene.
On September 2, DAY6 released their new mini album Band Aid and its title track "Melt Me." From the day of the release until the morning of September 9, the song maintained its top position on Melon's Top 100 chart for seven consecutive days. This achievement reaffirms DAY6's reputation as a trusted name in quality music.
In addition to topping Melon's Top 100, "Melt Me" also achieved all-kill status on various domestic music charts, including Bugs, Genie, Vibe's rising charts, and FLO's 24-hour chart. The song held the No. 1 spot on Melon's daily chart for five consecutive days from September 3 to September 7, demonstrating its immense popularity. Alongside their new album, DAY6's previous hit songs continue to perform well on the charts.
DAY6 is set to kick off their third world tour, DAY6 3RD WORLD TOUR <FOREVER YOUNG>, with three sold-out concerts from September 20 to 22 at the Incheon Inspire Arena, filling a total of 40,000 seats. On the final day, September 22, the concert will be live-streamed through the Beyond LIVE platform for fans who wish to watch online.
After the Incheon concerts, DAY6 will continue their tour in various international cities. Starting from October 5-6 in Kuala Lumpur, they will perform in Bali (October 13), Surabaya (October 16), Jakarta (October 19), Singapore (November 22), Bangkok (November 30), Hong Kong (January 26, 2025), and Osaka (February 12-13, 2025).
They will also visit Tokyo on February 15-16 and Manila on February 22, giving them the opportunity to meet fans from all over the world.
