On the 16th (local time), U.S. music media outlet Billboard announced via its official X (formerly Twitter) account that "Neva Play (feat. RM)," the new song by American rapper Megan Thee Stallion featuring RM, debuted at No. 36 on the main songs chart, the 'Hot 100' (for the chart dated September 21). 

This marks the highest-charting solo song by RM and his second entry on the 'Hot 100,' following the title track "Wild Flower (with Youjeen)" from his first solo album Indigo. "Neva Play (feat. RM)" has been making waves on various global charts, solidifying RM's popularity. The track debuted at No. 66 on the U.K. Official Singles Chart on the 13th, ranking 3rd on the "Single Downloads," 4th on "Single Sales," and 16th on the "Hip Hop & R&B Singles" charts. It also entered Spotify's latest "Weekly Top Songs Global" chart (for the period September 6-12) at No. 15 and ranked 47th on the "Daily Top Songs Global" chart as of September 15.

In Japan, it debuted at No. 27 on Oricon's "Weekly Digital Singles Ranking" (for the period September 2-8).

"Neva Play (feat. RM)" is a hip-hop track characterized by its addictive beat. Megan Thee Stallion's dynamic rapping blends seamlessly with RM's deep and charismatic voice. The music video, which features the pair animated in action, is also a highlight.
