BABYMONSTER Meet 2NE1

The group BABYMONSTER had a special encounter with their YG seniors, 2NE1. On October 7, BABYMONSTER’s official account posted a photo with the caption, "What a moment.. 2NE1 seniors♥." The photo captured the warm meeting between the members of BABYMONSTER and 2NE1, highlighting the bond between YG seniors and juniors at the 2NE1 concert, creating a heartwarming scene.

BABYMONSTER made a surprise guest appearance as YG juniors during 2NE1's 2024 2NE1 CONCERT [WELCOME BACK] IN SEOUL, held at Olympic Park from October 4 to 6. During the event, BABYMONSTER showcased an acapella performance of 2NE1's hit songs, expressing their gratitude, saying, "We are honored and thankful to perform as guest artists at such a meaningful event. We will strive to become as great as our seniors." 2NE1 responded with generous praise, showing their support.

Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER is set to release their first full-length album this fall. YG Entertainment announced that the recording for the album has been completed, and music videos for several tracks, including the title song, are in production.

Following their Seoul concert, 2NE1 will embark on an Asia tour, performing 15 shows in nine cities, including Manila, Jakarta, Kobe, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, and Taipei, connecting with more global fans.
