Jin set to make a comeback
BTS member Jin is set to make a comeback in November, with a new album in the works.
On October 14, BigHit Music confirmed to Star News, "Jin of BTS is preparing an album with a target release in November. More details will be shared once they are finalized." Jin previously made his solo debut in October 2022 with his single "The Astronaut." He has since established himself as a solo artist with tracks like "Awake," "Epiphany," and "Moon."
Notably, Jin’s digital single Super Tuna, which was originally released in December 2021, was officially launched on streaming platforms on October 11 and has achieved major success. It topped Japan’s Oricon Daily Digital Single Ranking (as of October 11) and also claimed the number one spot on iTunes' Top Song charts in 57 countries and regions, including the U.S., Japan, Brazil, and Australia.
Since completing his military service as an active-duty soldier on June 12, Jin has been actively engaging with fans. The day after his discharge, on June 13, he held a fan hug event and a fan meeting. He is also set to appear in the upcoming Netflix reality show Daehojang Gihanjang, scheduled for release next year.
