Boy group ZEROBASEONE (Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Gunwook, Han Yujin) has confirmed their remarkable popularity in Japan.
According to Oricon on the 31st, ZEROBASEONE’s 2024 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON IN JAPAN Blu-ray & DVD, which captures the live concert of their fan event in Japan, topped the Oricon Weekly DVD Ranking, Oricon Weekly Blu-ray Disc Ranking, and Oricon Weekly Music DVD & Blu-ray Disc Ranking for the week of November 4, 2024. ZEROBASEONE is the first international artist this year to achieve a triple crown in Oricon’s weekly video rankings. The group held their first Japanese fan concert 2024 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON IN JAPAN at K-Arena Yokohama in March, marking an impressive debut with a full-house arena show.
The 2024 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON IN JAPAN Blu-ray & DVD features performances of 11 songs, including their debut single ゆらゆら -運命の花- (Yurayura - Unmei no Hana), which topped the Oricon Weekly Single, Weekly Combined Single, and Monthly Single Rankings, along with interactive game segments with fans.
Since their Japanese debut, ZEROBASEONE has experienced explosive popularity. Their debut single, ゆらゆら -運命の花-, achieved "half-million seller" status within a week and received a Double Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan for surpassing 500,000 cumulative shipments. Recently, they also released the digital single Only One Story, the latest opening song for the popular anime Pokémon, further showcasing their lasting influence.
As ZEROBASEONE’s popularity soars across Japan, they will continue their overseas tour 2024 ZEROBASEONE THE FIRST TOUR [TIMELESS WORLD] in Aichi from November 29 to December 1, and Kanagawa on December 4-5.
