Released on November 11 at 6 PM through SMTOWN’s YouTube channel, the music video has captivated audiences with its vibrant visuals, fairytale-like aesthetic, romantic lyrics, and lively melody. The video follows the seven members on a journey to find a rainbow seen in a dream, blending imagination with reality. It captures surreal phenomena, dramatic moments as they face dark clouds, and the climactic moment when they finally reach the rainbow after a storm.

In scenes of the members dancing happily under a blue sky, the video conveys feelings of freedom and joy in an ideal world, embodying NCT DREAM’s refreshing charm.

"When I'm With You" is an electronic pop song with a house-based beat and a catchy chorus. The lyrics reflect the complex emotions of being mesmerized by someone they meet in "DREAMSCAPE" and the feelings experienced when together.
