Is BIGBANG's Full Group Comeback on the Horizon? G-Dragon Drops Surprise Single 

BIGBANG member G-Dragon has announced a surprise release of a new song.

On November 21, G-Dragon's team shared a teaser on their official social media accounts, posting the message “RELEASE → 2024.11.22 2PM KST” along with an image speculated to be the album cover. The image features golden piano keys, reminiscent of a photo G-Dragon shared earlier this year to celebrate BIGBANG’s 18th debut anniversary. This has led fans to speculate whether the new song could be a BIGBANG full-group release.

G-Dragon is set to attend the 2024 MAMA Awards at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, on November 23. Reports suggest that Taeyang and Daesung are also heading to the event, fueling speculation that BIGBANG might reunite for a performance of the new song during the ceremony.

Last month, on October 31, G-Dragon released the digital single Power, marking his first release in 7 years and 4 months since his second mini-album Kwon Ji Yong in June 2017.

Fans are eagerly watching for what could be a historic moment in K-pop if BIGBANG performs together as a full group once again.
