Recently, ZE:A’s leader, Moon Jun Young, shared his feelings about not being able to perform with the group for a while because of his ankle injury.

On July 3, Moon appeared at a showcase for ZE:A’s second official album, Spectacular, held at the Yonsei Centennial Memorial Hall in Seoul.

A press conference was held beforehand in which the star appeared on crutches. He said, “I accidently injured my ankle, and I very much regretcausing anxiety to the other members of my group and fans.”

Moon slipped and hurt his ankle at a shooting for a variety show outdoors on May 28. He still goes to work with the group but avoids performing dance songs.

Moon concluded, “As you can see, I’m recovering pretty fast. Because our title song is a dance song, it’s still hard for me to be on stage, but I promise you I’ll be back in better condition soon.”

On July 4, ZE:A will release all the songs on the album on various music websites. It has been a year since the group released their special summer single “Exciting.”

You can check out the group’s first performance of their new title track, “Aftereffect,” on July 5 on M.net’s M Countdown.

Before the release of their song, ZE:A conducted their “Fighting Project” in six cities (Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon, Bucheon, and Seoul) starting on June 14 with the attendance of a total of 40,000 fans.
