Japanese actress Fujii Mina attends the honorary ambassador commission ceremony of the 17th Pucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan) at the Yeongdeungpo CGV in Seoul. PiFan, which first started in 1997, opens on July 18th and plans to show about 225 films until July 28th, for about 11 days in Pucheon city.
