‘Ji-sung’, strong candidate for appearance on new KBS Wednesday, Thrusday drama [Iron Man]

It comes to the attention if actor, ‘Ji-sung’ could be watched on the small screen this in the second half of this year.

According to several broadcast circles on July 8th, ‘Ji-sung’ is considering an appearance on [Iron Man], the new KBS 2 TV drama on Wednesdays and Thursdays (Script by ‘Gyu-wan, Kim’, Direction by ‘Yong-su, Kim’ and Production by ‘IHQ’). If ‘Ji-sung’ makes the decision to appear, this will be his comeback to the small screen just one year after his role on KBS 2TV [Secret].

[Iron Man] a drama which contains the process of growth of a man in realizing the feeling of love. ‘Ji-sung’ was offered a the role of the main character, ‘Hong-bin, Ju’.

‘Hong-bin, Ju’ is a perfect guy who has a nice build, a smart brain, and even money. ‘Hong-bin, Ju’ who was nervous, abrasive and self-centered, became to gain a special ability by chance and experienced conflicts.

The productions crew of [Iron Man] exposed their thoughtful position that “the offer to ‘Ji-sung’ is a fact but they couldn’t say whether it was finalized or not”. Ji-sung’s management company, ‘Namooactors’, also, revealed that “they got an offer and has been considering carefully”.

Meanwhile, ‘Gyu-wan, Kim’ who writes [Iron Man] has been loved a lot by viewers with his absolutely subtle and lyrical sensitivity through a variety of work such as SBS [Spring days], [Ruffians], MBC [Dr. Gangster], KBS 2 [Cinderella’s Sister] since SBS [Piano], his debut drama.

Director ‘Yong-su, Kim’ PD’s solid production ability, also, was recognized through his work such as [White Christmas], [Man in the Equator] and [Knife and Flower].

[Iron Man] will air this coming September as a follow-up to [Joseon Gunman].
