YG Entertainment announced its official stance on its website as of February 26, insisting that the text messages in the report are fabricated.
Also, the agency added that it will be taking legal action against those spreading false rumors, including fake news.
However, it's now been reported that the police have started an investigation into Seungri around the accusations and performed a seizure and search on Lee Moon Ho, the 'Burning Sun' CEO, and Seungri's friend.
Previously, media has reported that Seungri had told his employees then to buy sexual services for investors from Taiwan.
