BTS Nominated for 5 Categories at MTV VMA

South Korean group BTS was nominated for five categories at the famous American award-winning MTV Video Music Awards.

On August 19, 'The 2019 MTV Video Music Awards announced additional nominations through the official MTV homepage and SNS channel of the Awards.

Among the additional announcements that day, BTS was nominated for a Best Group. As a result, BTS is nominated for a total of five categories including 'Best Group', 'Best K-Pop', 'Best Collaboration', 'Best Choreography' and 'Best Art Direction'.
